Bobby Seale learned the fine art of down-home Barbeque at the age of twelve, while working at his his uncle Tom Turner's southern Texas barbeque resaurant. The secret to this fine cuisine is in the Baste Marinades. Bobby Seale's methodology calls for liberal basting of meats prior to and during the barbeque cooking process. But more importantly, barbeque sauce is added only during the final twenty minutes of a long, slow cooking process.
